How long does it take to setup?

Starting from scratch:
We'll get you setup in less than 30 minutes with our simple step-by-step onboarding. You'll input basic business information, select any hardware you want to order, and then will be ready to start accepting orders.

Switching from another system:
Getting switched over is super simple and we'll even allow you to directly import your menu, gift cards, and other important information directly out of your existing POS system. You'll be able to get fully switched over in less than a day!

What if I don't like it?

We let you cancel at any time on your own. If you poke around and find out drip isn't right for you, then you can easily cancel your account! Additionally, you can give feedback on features you don't like directly to one of our team members and we'll see if we can incorporate it into the product.

Do I need to purchase new hardware?

If you already own iOS or Android devices, we encourage you to continue using them! If you'd like additional tablets, you can buy Apple iPads for a slight discount from us.

You will need to purchase one of our two card reader options to begin taking payments. Both card readers accept chip, swipe, and tap payments. See hardware page for more info.

Do we pay extra for more terminals or employees?

Nope! Add as many employees and terminals as you'd like, we'll never charge you extra for usage.

Is there an additional setup fee?

Nope! We never charge you an extra fee for getting started.
